Care & Prayer
We’re here to help.
We want every person to give and receive genuine care and support
What can I Expect?
We’re a family who cares for each other.
We work with area partners and have teams of volunteers and professionals in place to help provide prayer and support for you. When you receive care from us or our partners, you can expect to be treated like family. We’re committed to walking alongside people who are in short and long-term seasons of need.
When you partner with us to provide care for others, you’ll receive information about area resources, partner with many other committed volunteers and be equipped to walk well with others, leveraging your story, your experience and your gifts.
To talk with someone about giving or receiving care, call 616.395.4126 x436. To receive pastoral care after regular office hours, call 616.953.0745.
Shepherding Elders are men and women equipped and ready to walk alongside people needing spiritual care. Shepherding Elders partner with individuals to discuss topics and take steps that bring meaningful help into difficult circumstances.
This panel of trained Christian mediators are available to meet with you to help resolve marital, familial or professional disputes.
For married or pre-married couples we offer Prepare/Enrich, a relationship skill-building program. The workshop generally happens in the Spring and Fall. $40 includes Prepare/Enrich materials for workshop and the cost of a marriage assessment.
This team provides meal assistance for families in need.
