This group will explore the struggles that we face and how we can cope. Through these different strategies for coping, we will discover what it means for each of us to take care of ourselves and feel whole. This group is an opportunity for us to connect, share our experiences, and support each other in our struggles. We do not have to face these struggles alone; we are called to walk alongside of each other in our life journey towards healing and wholeness.
