Holland Middle School
Last week, HMS teacher Bill, used his first day with his new Advanced STEM class changed his original lesson and had his 8th graders make and deliver smoothies to the entire school to show love and kindness a day after all seeing the opposite of love on the news. They could do this because of Fearless Follower’s support.
Avance Misionero – La Canada Honduras

Adult Mentors for Middle School Students
We have great opportunities for YOU to build into students who attend Holland Middle School. Check out these opportunities:
– Mentor/Guide who either owns their own business or is good with finances/accounting to support a team of 8th graders creating their own smoothie business. Or, someone who is tech savvy to advise a team of students designing and 3D printing a chess set (by email/zoom).
– Mentor/Guide to assist students with designing/building items for HMS greenhouse, i.e. trellises – 1X/week this spring (in person).
